About

Built by people who got tired of watching good advice go nowhere.

The firm

Courier Consulting was founded on a simple observation: the consulting industry is very good at being right and very bad at being useful. Brilliant analysis, delivered as a deck, dies quietly in a shared drive.

So we built the firm around delivery. Small senior teams. No leverage-pyramid staffing. Fees tied to milestones, not months. And a standing rule that every engagement ends with the client running the work without us — because a courier who moves in with you has misunderstood the job.

I
Senior people do the work
The partner in the pitch is the partner on the project. No bait-and-switch staffing.
II
Milestones, not months
Fees tie to delivered outcomes. If nothing ships, that's our problem too.
III
Say the hard thing
We're paid for judgment, not agreement. You'll hear the uncomfortable version first.
IV
Leave, on purpose
Every engagement ends with your team running it. Dependency is a design flaw.

Judge us by what we've delivered, not what we've deck'd.
